Withdrawal Request
Use this form to notify Sisuvalo Oy that you wish to withdraw from an eligible purchase. Submitting the form records the date of your request and gives us the information needed to review it.
Before submitting your request
The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal generally applies to eligible, non-personalised and non-perishable goods purchased at a distance. It does not generally apply to fresh or rapidly perishable food, including raw milk, yoghurt and fresh cheese, or to personalised products made to the customer's specifications.
If a product is defective, damaged or incorrect, please submit the form or contact us even if the normal withdrawal right does not apply.
